Isaiah said: “Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel (which means ‘God is with us’).”
Isaiah 7:9
When this prophecy was given – the state of Israel was facing political turmoil. The prophet reassured his audience: God is with us, and His presence will be proved by a miraculous sign.
We all need somebody to be with us in times of suffering and insecurity. God promises he is with us.
Thank God for his presence with us.

I give thanks for His birth, the Christ…for without His birth, His life, His love, what possible hope would there be not only for each believer, but for this world that seems to be turned upside down. Thank God for His sacrifice, and the sacrafice of that one life, Jesus Christ.

Thank you Father for never abandoning me & always having my best interests at heart even when others have a rejected me, especially during the pain of having some brothers & sisters in Christ reject me & my family. Thank you that you have never left us or forsaken us eveen when I have my doubts.
Thank you Lord for always being there for us. Without Him we are nothing. Forgive us Lord that we ask to much and we give you so little. I ask you Lord to tear down the roadblock in our path. Guide us in everything we do Lord. Thank you Jesus for everything. I love you Lord.
